Shipping and Returns

 

How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. Please note that USPS and UPS are experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

Place your order by the following dates for the best chance for your order to arrive ahead of the holidays:

Domestic US Shipping:
- East Coast: Friday, 12/15 by 12pm EST
- West Coast: Wednesday, 12/13 by 12pm EST

The above are processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Your package may take 2-7 business days to arrive, depending on location (AK and HI may take longer). You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. 

Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control and final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer domestic shipping only at this time but will have international shipping options in the future.

What is your return policy? 

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@vesselcandleco.com to start the return or exchange process. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Candles and other home fragrance products that have been used cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Discontinued items, limited edition items, or items not produced by Vessel are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

As a small business, we inspect and pack each item that we ship. If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees.
