Shipping + Returns
Orders are processed and ship within 1-3 business days. If you are hoping to have an order expedited, please let us know, and we'll do everything we can to make it possible. All orders are shipped via the most cost effective method for our customers, which is usually USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped. Typically, depending on your location, orders will arrive within 1-3 business after being shipped.
Most international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International mail. Typically, orders arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on location and the local post office. Tracking information is not available for international orders, but we will let you know when your order is shipped. Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Unfortunately, Vessel Candle Co. has no control over this.
Returns & Exchanges
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases, and we know that picking out candle scents online can be hard. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund on the item(s) less the shipping costs. If you prefer, you can also exchange your candle for a different scent of the same size and price. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for any returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Candles that have been used cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
As a small business, we inspect and pack each item that we ship. If you receive a damaged item, we will be happy to replace or refund you for the damaged item(s) less the cost of shipping. Please provide photographic proof of any damages within 7 days of delivery, and contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
